I am making squash! Acorn squash. It’s even winter grown. And organic. And expensive. ^_^ (With brown rice.)
I cut it in half, took out the seeds, and cut slices in the meat of the squash so the sesame seed oil dressing would get into the cracks. Mmm. And put some pepper in it.
The sticker had instructions to cook it for 45 minutes on 400 degrees.
In the oven.
(I am afraid of ovens. O.o)
But, it will be fine I’m sure. I can get over my fear for the sake of being a vegan. 🙂
So. Go vegan.
